Vrabel Knows defense and along with that players love him. He just has that connection where players want to run through a wall for him. That being said Kraft is getting up there and like Jerry there may be health issues. These guys got rich believing n what they are doing so it’s not so easy to want to give up the keys to the kingdom. There seems to be a transition taking place. I like the Parker hire and hope this can progress into future success. I didn’t believe in the Schottenheimer hire but after one season I’m giving him a couple more.

There is a huge difference between the way that Kraft and Jerry Jones manages their franchises.

Kraft leaves the football related decisions to the experts he hired and that is why his team has won the most super Bowls.

Jerry Jones has designated himself as the football expert despite the complete lack of credentials, experience and expertise and that is why the Cowboys haven't seen a conference championship game in 30 years.

Everyone in business knows , if there are many bosses , disfunction ensues , especially in such a competitive business. Sometimes a family run business works if you are running a grocery store or ( like Jerry’s father had ) or sandwich shop , or an oil drilling biz, where the father and son or wife confer and micromanage the staff. But this is the big leagues and there is extreme parity and billionaires hiring top tier managers.
Jerry thought his style can work in the NFL. He is finding out the very hard way , and the fans are in for a very ugly long ride.
I believe Stephen will one day have to face the inheriting family and confer with them on whether to hire a GM or just keep running it like family just like Jerry does. I believe there may be some hard arguments once Jerry is gone. There are egos and opinions and frustrations.It happened to the broncos when pat bowlen died . The family feuded and had to sell the team.

that was a good video, I didnt know the stadiums got money from the city even after they were built, and that they DIDNT PAY PROPERTY TAXES !!!!!!!!!!.

Last yr Maye was a rookie and the HC was a disaster . What I’m saying is Maye at QB could set NE up for dominance in the division with deep playoff runs for years to come . Vrabel can be felt on the defensive side of the ball . I felt at the time Tenn was short sighted in firing Vrabel for what he had he worked well for them .

All twelve minutes are exceptional. The content narrator, Alec Opperman, should be commended. Someone should make a freaking movie about Ron Gordon, and I am dead serious. And Brian Shearer's comments, every word, are well worth the watch alone.

That said (and without stepping into site rule #7 territory), the video shines a spotlight on owner practices that are a microcosm of... what is a safe word... uninhibited... capitalism. Without a doubt, bilking fans is an unresolved problem. It is also a problem that can be addressed through actions against the owners, but (just like a phoenix) it is a problem that will simply resurface later.

Why? Because this problem (for which Jerry Jones is an equally participating ringleader) is not the root problem. And that is as far as I will talk about it because... well... site rule #7.
