While that is true, they were won decades ago and he has nothing to show for post Jimmy Johnson rosters. But Jerry will say he has three Super Bowl rings.

95 percent of us could finish that article.I feel like I know what the article says without finishing it lol.
Of course it makes a difference. But he did get to the AFC championship game with Tannehill. Then I think they had the #1 seed in a different year. With not a very good team. And what happened to the “ genius “ effect of Mike Vrabel in Tennessee ? Tell you what does having Drake Maye slinging the hash in NE make a big difference to the outcome as opposed to Tenn and the level of QB play he had in Nashville
Vrabel Knows defense and along with that players love him. He just has that connection where players want to run through a wall for him. That being said Kraft is getting up there and like Jerry there may be health issues. These guys got rich believing n what they are doing so it’s not so easy to want to give up the keys to the kingdom. There seems to be a transition taking place. I like the Parker hire and hope this can progress into future success. I didn’t believe in the Schottenheimer hire but after one season I’m giving him a couple more.https://thelandryhat.com/patriots-j...bout-jerry-jones-cowboys?page_source=v_recirc
"Hiring Vrabel after the prior rift is one thing, but the Krafts gave him the keys to the kingdom. With a few exceptions, most of the staff and braintrust in place in Foxboro are considered “Vrabel guys.” Having a 23-year-old MVP-level quarterback is one thing, but the primary reason the Patriots are competing for a Lombardi is because of Vrabel’s complete operation."
"If you’re wondering why this is relevant, ask yourself this: Would Jerry and Stephen Jones relinquish this much organizational power for the betterment of the Cowboys? The collective “no” reveals the glaring problem."
"The Jones’ unrelenting quest for credit has capsized this franchise and taken the decision out of the hands of those most qualified. No matter how cutting-edge Brian Schottenheimer might be schematically, it doesn’t matter if the proper personnel are never in place, thanks to incompetence from the top."
There is a huge difference between the way that Kraft and Jerry Jones manages their franchises.Vrabel Knows defense and along with that players love him.
