How would you musically rate this year's Super bowl halftime show

This country you keep sayin you represent is changing and getting younger.

I get not liking his music. We all have our preferences. It’s the comments though. Your sport isn’t changing regardless of who performs at half time. You seemed to enjoy the Kid Rock one maybe we should just do an alternate one every year? Maybe let Kid Rock perform every year?

The country certainly is changing but I don't know if that's a good thing.

I can agree with that there could be a few different halftime shows for that matter you could have a rock and roll halftime show a country halftime show. And one from the North Pole if need be.
Pick the music that suits you and enjoy.

Wrong. The Bad Bunny show was a train wreck. I seen the replay. If that song was translated into English it couldn't have been aired.
I'm no Kid Rock fan but at least he's a true patriot.

After having a chance to watch both shows to be able to properly critique it I still can't properly critique it because I didn't grow up listening to Spanish music.

If I grew up somewhere in South America watching soccer games I would probably really be able to appreciate bad bunnies show. I didn't so I might as well have been listening to a Japanese or a Russian musician.

But being I'm an American who grew up in the United States all my life and watched American football not soccer listened to country music and rock and roll.
I have to say what I expected to hear and see was a show like turning point turned out.

Hey maybe the NFL is trying to appeal to South America for more viewing audience maybe that's why they did this.

As far as who's more talented a lot of that depends on what you like to listen to.
And bringing Lady Gaga out for help sorry but that girl looked ugly as a mud fence not something I wanted to see on any show was far better in a star is born.

So in my opinion this is a sport born in the United States of America and the music should come from here to appeal to the audience that watches the games.
If the viewing audience in some other country becomes more than the viewing audience in the United States by all means use their music.
This isn't the Olympics this is football played in the United States of America and the music should reflect that so the major audience that supports the NFL can at least understand what it's listening to.
Kudos to kid Rock for giving us an alternative we certainly deserve that

I don't know what part of the United States Puerto Rico is supposed to be from but I'm from the part that can vote for the president of the United States.
Bad Bunny doesn't have that privilege.

I'm not some huge kid Rock fan by any stretch of the imagination but I give him his props for giving us an alternative.

Yeah bad Bunny may be considered a bigger star at the moment then kid Rock.

But the Rolling Stones The who Tom Petty, Paul McCartney and Prince we're all bigger Stars then he will ever be and that's the kind of show at halftime I liked to see.

Half those guys are dead now but you get my point.
There are still good English-speaking bands that could do the halftime show and be understood by the majority of Americans that live in the United States and follow football

Think the eagles Def Leppard and journey are still touring.
All classic bands that I wouldn't mind seeing play the Super bowl

I have no need to make an audio science project out of the halftime show I just want something in my language that I can listen to to pass the time till the game starts again. Trust me I am not alone.

Kind of like the game itself it needs to be watchable and not painful to view.

Considering he had the 4th most watched halftime show ever, I think that puts you in the minority...Me too, actually. I had no interest in watching it either, and I've seen him perform before. Wasn't my cup of tea, but I know my opinion really doesn't matter, and I don't think there's anything inherently wrong in having him star in the show.

Yeah I saw that it was the fourth most watched but I'm not sure I believe all the numbers like everything else I think things are fudged for an agenda now and again.
That said I live in Pennsylvania a football state if there ever was one and nobody I talked to watched him.
I'm definitely liking the idea of having an alternate type of show every year let the NFL put on whoever they think will draw the most viewing audience and give the other people some traditional music to watch and listen to.

I loved it. Thought it was great. I didn’t understand the lyrics but appreciate the talent. I especially loved how so many people are butt hurt over it. Priceless.

The guy I like from Detroit is Ted Nugent.
Uncle Ted's got some rockin jams.

You fire up cat scratch fever, Great White Buffalo and stranglehold and that's going to be a good halftime show right there.
