I believe Parcells required the offensive linemen to wear knee braces. I've seen it a lot in college football, as well.

Why wait until after the useless Pro Bowl to have the surgery when he could've had it after the season ended in December? That would've given him another month of rehab.

He is All Pro at Guard
you play the person at his best position.
Larry Allen made the Pro Bowl at Tackle when that meant something'


BUT he was the greatest guard of all time and that is where he belonged

Martin did OK at Tackle but was Hall of Fame at guard
