Yeah, I’d hate to get rid of Clark, though. Dallas should have asked for more in the Parsons trade, especially in terms of draft picks. I’d rather have him than Osa. Osa and his contract are sticking out like a sore thumb. You can’t just cut it off and say it’s fixed.

Because we paid Osa top-end pass-rushing money when we could have gotten Josh Sweat for the same amount. It annoys me that we re-sign underperforming players for the same money as highly valued free agents.

Thing about Osa is that when you look at his stats it’s comparable to other highly paid guys. I think he’s giving you what you are paying for you just have to come to the conclusion if that’s what you want to spend your money on.
If EzE turns into a 6-8 sack guy who plays good run defense, I'm fine with it. That's a solid return for a second round pick.

One of the DE spots is 5t or 4i (depends on the call)-Osa Odighizuwa, the other DE spot is the 3t just like a 3t in a 4-3 defense - Quinnen Williams. Of course Clark is going to be here. He's the only legit NT they have.

I believe Christian Parker will be a good one, I think he will turn this defense around pretty quickly, I look for this defense to be somewhere around middle of the pack in 26 and top 10 in 27. I love the direction of the 3-4 base and can't wait to see the new players added to play in this scheme.
Honestly I doubt they are moving him there with the intentions of being a great pass rusher. For starters hes probably not even a lock to make the team. And two even if he does I would imagine hes utilized as more of a rotational early down run first type of player who can also drop into coverage. I get the sense this 3-4 is for alignment purposes and will function more as a 4-3 style of play with one of the OLBs being more of a 4-3 sam backer just closer to the LOS.

As a pass rusher, that means he's got okay speed, zero power, zero burst, zero moves, zero pass rush plan, and zero experience. He's not threatening a single starting tackle in the league, and not even most of their backups.

I really like Kenny Clarke and would like to see him here next season, but a restructure must be done, his cap hit must be reduced. That is just business, Dallas may be looking at a bigger body to play nose tackle as well if Jay Toia isn't ready to take that job.
