I believe that the $11k per month is $2.4m over 18 years of child support. Its not something to sneeze at but still, its a small, small fraction of what Dak would lose if he marries and divorces without a prenup.

That's the general problem with the system and these ultra rich celebrities. Child support is nothing. Divorces are financial disasters. End result is that the system incentivizes rich men to not get married but not particularly worry about having children.

That said, I been married about 28 years and can attest to the inner dynamics of give and take. Choosing battles and letting it go. Forgiveness is love IMHO. We are flawed as humans. Money, wealth only enhances your attributes good AND not so good. They let things go too far, stopped communicating and here we are. I wish them Godspeed to a peaceful resolution for the kids sake.
