I don't know, Jerry is also on the clock. He might be desperate. However based on JJ's batting average, I don't see any replacement getting us to the promise land. So here we are.

Yeah....same here. A couple of years ago, I was able to copy and paste pics into the posts. Now, the newer software doesn't allow it. The only thing I can still post is a link to a youtube video as I can copy and paste the link into the body of a post.
I miss posting pics!! LOL

The team has made a bunch of moves and at least 1 in season trade trying to give the team the best chance to win. If your defense is bad you have to be able to run the ball and keep them off the field which this team cannot do

I think Jerry has been making moves to improve the team but some just haven't worked out..maybe because he doesn't understand what talent is or these players are poorly coached or a combo of the two. Some of these guys, like Quinnen Williams are good but have little help. Bland is horrible and really was never a good cover corner. Overshown can't stay healthy and isn't all that when he is. The offense is overrated and the leader makes ugly throws and plays poorly under pressure like in big games. I really think Jerry wants to win because he's getting older but if he keeps hiring subpar coaches like Shotty and Parker he'll never see his team make a deep playoff run ever again.....Your right about the run game...for some reason they don't give it a chance..When our run game was strong in the past, and not too long ago, there were night and day differences..

If the rest of the season goes poorly, could he be in trouble? Absolutely. We play in arguably the weakest division in the NFL, and if we still miss the playoffs, that’s going to be hard to justify keeping him another year. His seat will get a whole lot hotter if we lose to Green Bay and Philly. Then, if we also lose to Arizona and fall to 2-6 (which wouldn't surprise me), Jerry might be steaming mad.

If under .500 again or no playoffs, gotta send him packing
