Yeah, after this morning I totally agree, nothing has changed. No Mafe, Oweh, Phillips and Hendrickson definately a pipe dream. The consolation prize is Gary (PFF rank #53 at his position last year) and the 34 mil in guaranteed money over his last 2 years. even after all the restructures they supposedly have 13 mil available cap space and thats without resigning Aubrey or some less accurate kicker to replace him. I don't believe any of his remaining contract is guaranteed. His contract will be redone.

A lot of the "target" guys are still out there.

Getting Gary was huge and rumors are the Cowboys are talking with safety Jalen Thompson.

I would still like a linebacker (Dean?) and a corner (Alontae Taylor?), but one more edge would make me feel a lot better given EZ's hip injury.

Yeah that's where they said there's some smoke happening for sure they mentioned it on the and they're not fully out of the Hendrickson race but I'm sure it lessened a little bit depending on the asking price...

We're talking about Gary he has zero guaranteed money the two years the Cowboys are assuming... It's like Clark we're getting a guy that if we don't like him we can without repercussions except for you lose the draft pick but he's a better 4th round option than Lance and that WR!!

So I'm not sure what you're complaining about for a 4th rounder next year probably to a 5th rounder when all said and done the Cowboys should improve this year and the fact that there's no guaranteed money makes it better..
