"This is incredible!" Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey is going FAST

So you think Parker is ok with where the LB room is?

You guys really don’t know how this team runs do you?

Quinn wanted Wagner here years ago. Jerry told him no.

I bet you like others were saying he was washed anyways. And yet now you’re saying to bring him in.
Parker knows what he wants. He offered the guys he was interested in and is still working on it.

Commanders defense with Quinn and Wagner was worse than ours lol. Can’t cover a lick. If they get Wagner I’d hope they’d draft two linebackers as well.

The redzone area isn’t from 60 so I don’t know what you getting at here?
The fact this team needs Aubrey because they get stalled at midfield too often….do we watch the same games?

And in response to your other comment.

Pickens didn’t do more for them than Aubrey scored 155 points. Pickens scored 54.

Let’s talk about the games Pickens vanished in.

With a 2nd from Aubrey the Cowboys could trade that and number 20 to move way up in the 1st round as well; while still having pick 12. That's much better value than a kicker.

And I am not hating on Aubrey. I want him in Dallas for a long time. But in the end he's still a kicker. The Cowboys won three Super Bowls in the 1990s with a different kicker each time.
Thank you. Perfectly said.

My God.

They made the NFCCG lol.

And I’m talking about when he was in Dallas. Let me guess you still think they made the right choice not bringing in Wagner because he was washed right? Wasn’t he an all pro that year?

If he was on the cowboys that season ( which is what I’m referring to) the run game would have been much better defended. With Micah and Dlaw. This is why Quinn wanted him. Because this FO refused to take the DT position seriously.

We do not have that team ...... we have an offense that stalls at the 45 a lot.
That's my point. If you NEED a kicker like Aubrey other elements of the team need improving. Do that and suddenly you don't have to worry about contract problems with a kicker.

Some highlights of today's Indycar pre-race. DeMarcus Ware, Aubrey and Jerry all interviewed in the pre-race show too.

Ware giving the command:

WOW 4 great interviews thanks so much for posting!

I really really enjoyed those. Cowboys getting featured all over.

Cool watching Ware giving the command to start engines. And Aubrey in the car was pretty amazing too.

I know they do but they should get better at moving the ball at midfield. And for the record a lot of it is simply being conservative not about lack of talent or skill.

This logic is so damn silly….so the offense moves the ball to midfield but Pickens or Lamb or Javonte don’t get credit for it it’s Aubrey. How many receiving yards or rushing yards Aubrey have? Last I checked none. This is nuts.

Jake Moody scored 72 points so he do more for the Commanders than Pickens did huh? Please don’t do this lol.

But they are not gonna do that ....... they did not do it when they did not have Aubrey ....... they did not do it when Dak and Zeke were on there rookie contracts ........ they did not do it when Lamb and Parsons were one rookie contracts.

Its not about the salary cap ...... or draft position ....... its about Jerry and his gaggle of yes men.

I would trade Pickens for 2 firsts in a heartbeat.

Draft a WR with one of your 3 first round picks this year.
I would too but I team is stupid enough to do that. Id trade one 1st for Pickens if it’s high enough. But realistically you’d probably get a 2nd and yeah I wouldn’t do that.

I’m honestly being facetious. Aubrey is just as important as Pickens though.

You guys are just so quick to get rid of him. He hasn’t quit on this team like Pickens has a few times.

Also. How do you think it’s going to get better? It got worse as the season went on. This has been an issue for years. It’s not new. They stall at half all the damn time. And it’s usually because of a stupid hold that puts them at 1st and 20.

Highest penalized team again.

Without Aubrey kicking those 60 yarders you say they don’t need the cowboys are picking top 5 this year.

I just think this is a flawed and scary way of thinking. So now we don’t want second rounders out of the fear they bust. You could also find the next Trevon Diggs or D Law as well. You just don’t know. And we all know how deep this draft is for defense.
Not what I said at all....I never said you don't want second round picks, I simply said we need to be aware of the hit rates. Yes you could find a very good starter, but statistically based on the data over the last 25 years once you get past pick 40 you're odds of finding a player who will make even 1 pro bowl in their career drops below 20%. If a rebuilding team is looking to offload a stud kicker for a top 60 pick I think its a no brainer....If you have hopes of making a run in the upcoming year I would probably advise against losing that kicker simply because the value of that 2nd round draft pick is a long shot to overcome the lost value of going from a top tier kicker to a league average one.

You know and that’s another thing….no one talks about those struggles down the stretch.

I’m fine with him I think it was just a rough stretch not an ongoing thing but unfortunately it killed his value like you said. I just think the whole big leg thing at this point is all he has going for him and everyone is kicking 60 yards now with the new rule.
Yeah the big leg thing is becoming life as usual in the nfl and in domes...however outside and in weather its a totally different scenario and neutralizes his value of the big leg....im with you if we could get a 2nd 3rd or 4th id trade him and look for the next guy
