Guy hasn’t done anything since his rookie season. He has 745 yards rushing in the last 3 seasons. He will probably never see the field playing behind Saquon and Tank Bigsby.

The problem with trades is the other team expects something of equal value in return. All these teams with competent GMs are a real pain in the ***.

Tank Bigsby just last year. He was rusting behind Etienne and the rookie rb in Jacksonville. Philly got a good tandem when they added him. Pierce can give them a bit of a rotation now. I think Philly is planning ahead. Barkley wasn't the same. My hope is this rb group struggles behind this line.

Great question. i hadn't thought of that. Dillon seems forgotten on the depth chart doesn't he. In fact, I completely forgot about him. He's a pretty good rb. Edit....just noticed the Panthers got Dillon in FA. So to answer your question... Yes I believe so.

Pierce has been bad three years in a row after a solid 2022 season. As a 3rd RB he will have to play special teams in Philly.

All these guys signing one year deals have to make the team. At this point in free agency there is no guarantee of a spot on the roster.

Dunno about that. I do think a lot must go right for him to get meaningful totes. Saquan clearly wasn't the same. I'm sure that's why they are seeing what sticks behind him. They throwing darts.

Philly may just end up stashing him on the practice squad like the Texans did until the Chiefs signed him to their roster for 1 game. At this point in his career Pierce is a jag. Howie is just throwing crap against the wall to see if it sticks. I doubt seriously he is on the 53 man roster. Saquon and Bigsby are the two RBs that will rotate. Their 3rd RB will be Shipley because he is their kick returner. I’m not sure it makes sense to have 4 RBs active on gameday. Especially when your QB runs the ball so much.
