He was this team’s ’big signing’ so his coach clearly thinks highly of him, and by extension Parker thinks highly of Smith.

In looking at some of his film, he definitely has versatility.

I think they signed him with the hopes that he can give them some of what Parker was getting from Cooper DeJean in Philadelphia.
