If a player doesnt shine under 2 HCs and 2 OCs its a pretty good indication that he's got limitations.

When it comes to 99% of coaches, they want the the players on the field that will promote their own job resumes.

However there's that 1% of coaches that prove points even at their own detriment. Belichick knows what im saying.

I’m gonna go with Brevyn Spann-Ford.

He started out the season as the butt of my jokes because of his ridiculous name, but that dude is a legit beast in the blocking game.

If you watch Javonte Williams highlight montages on YouTube, focus in on Spann-Ford in the clips and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Dude is a dawg.

I think he’s going to get more targets in the passing game this season. If he goes 35-40 catches + ~350-400+ yards, 4-5 TDs and continues his stellar blocking, that’s a huge contribution to the offense.

The answer is all of them. But if I had to pick one who really needs to improve, for himself and the team I would pick Tyler Guyton, and Sam Williams, and Revel. But there are other players like Steele that need to improve as well. I just don;t think guys like Steele are going to get any better given age and experience.

I was an all pro at every position. That’s never gonna happen though. An avg nfl player is a pretty good player. That mean you are middle of the league at your position. He hasn’t been that, so that’s a huge improvement

The 2 bookend tackles on offense. Eze and Revel on defense. Heck for that matter outside of Clark and Q Im not certain anyone on defense is free of criticism.

Which player(s) on this team need to show improved play going into this season? Some easy ones would be Guyton, Blue, and you can even throw in Overshown and Turpin. I don't think he was as electric as he was previously, yes he was injured, but he didn't seem to have much electricity in his game. We're counting on these players to provide important roles on this team in 2026. So who are the players on this team in 2026 to you that needs to improve??? Please give your thoughts

The entire roster, personnel, coaching, and management that could not make the playoffs needs to make big improvements for 2026. Please don't tell me the offense was playoff caliber in 2025 like Jerry Dumbo GM Jones is trying to fool people with this off season.

They all need to make big improvements or they will have the same seat we had for the playoffs.
