How is Maxx Crosby #2?

He’s a terrific all around DE but he’s not an elite pass rusher

As usual its a-social media. Not much info just posts to steer clicks and useless conversation to make money from.

But then he writes "edge rankings" not "edge rusher" rankings. So that should explain it a bit.

Its a terrible indictment on the FO to have had that and failed to build around it. If we weren't so soft up the middle we could've had a really tough defense.

Well in his defense it wasn’t the softness of the interior in the playoffs they were just MiA…

Yeah I guess it’s consistent and health because some of these guys were more promising early on.

Yeah I really liked Bosa, but health has always been a problem for him.

When he's on, I think he's probably number 2 on this list. But that's so infrequent I can't say that for sure.

Parsons is a better edge rusher than Crosby. I would flip those two.

He’s a better pass rusher but I don’t know about as a better player. He dies nothing better than Maxx but get sacks.

I like Clark a lot. Williams too. It wasnt about those two i made my comment. More about the rest of our DL "crew".

This fanbase cries and moan about how poor they were in the playoffs and couldn’t wait for Law to go.


I want to see someone do a rankings list of playoff performances and see how our players fair. It will be embarrassing.

Can't agree with you on this one, Nip.

His years at Penn St. and first two in Dallas, he showed LB coverage skills. No way any DC in the history of football would ask Crosby to do that.

Parsons is a much better football player as a whole. He played RB in high school. He can play special teams on any unit. His athleticism is the reason.

As a football player, the only thing Crosby does better is play the run. He also may be considered a better teammate than Parsons as well. But that is it when comparing them as football players as a whole or edge rushers.
