Certainly need lbs and not sure how many 5th round rookies have starting potential so seems sensible. Only thing is that 5th rounder may have come in handy in trying to get up in the draft.

Apparently a very good coverage LB per his PFF grade. So potentially you have 2 very good space/NICKEL LBs with Winters and Overshown.

Worst case, you can sign Wagner to play the run. We’re not there yet, but I’d imagine he’s a fallback plan.
