I never envisioned him as a true LB in the NFL.

Well, Parker doesn't mind smaller linebackers, but he's definitely not a thumper. Good in coverage, though, and can fly to the ball if you can keep the blockers off him.

Yeah, I wouldn't be upset with the choice. His success is going to depend on how we use him. He's kind of similar to what we're collecting at ILB IMO.
