Maybe you haven't been out on a boat or on the water or in a place like when it's raining or whatever you get water on the lens you, you get crap on the lens from your hands and you don't always have the focus and a clear nice picture.. It does happen when you're taking real pictures that are not AI and not playing the head sometimes that's what happens you just try to get something to remember your experience is bad but you forget to wipe off the lenses and what not when you're out running around like that trust me I know...

Even at some pool parties you know when you get suntan lotion on your fingers it ends up on your phone and then your lens looks blurry but you don't even realize it when you're taking pictures..
