This is for team building. Championship teams have been built using analytics like the Athletics did when they won. Watch/read Moneyball for further explanation. A few NFL teams have used this also.

This is the problem with analytics. Does it really result in actionable information that a coach and a player can use on the field in the line of fire.

Do you actually something of value that can help you win a game when you are in the huddle, it's 40 seconds to go and they have introduced a new alignment no one is the game nor the analytics guy has seen all year.

What are the tendencies, what are the insights that will allow our team to gain an edge and be in the right position in the right place?

It's interesting stuff, but we have to temper this with the understanding that this is information compiled by one person with a specific skillset with numbers and has to be translated to the skillset of a person who skill is he has long arms and can run fast.

Does rocket science connect with anatomy science and neuroscience?
