This is great because we never start the season against the Giants.

I don't get the fascination with the league making us start out in NY for Sunday night games over the last 20 years. Why? I wonder why we rarely start out playing games at home and against a different opponent other than the damn Giants all the time.

I’d rather play a “tougher” opponent week 1. Bad teams like NY still have hope early in the year, and they’re young/eager enough where a new HC like Harbaugh is gonna have them bought in and ready to go.

I’ll go 31-24 Cowboys, but NY gives us a fight to the end.

That’s a tough question. I’m not sure. There is a point to be made for that, given the coaching turnover. Then again, we have plenty of that ourselves on the defensive side.

What I do know is that they gave us all that we could handle last year, despite their injuries.

At NYG week 1. I am ok with opening on the road. However this means week 16 & 17 we will close at Washington & Philly.
Week 13 or 14 we will be at GB.

I just do not want to wait all day for a SNF game. I don't mind the SNF games but not Week 1.
