The Saints are scheduled to be in Los Angeles for their second preseason game and Moore said at a Thursday press conference that the team is slated to hold joint practices with the Rams before that contest. Moore also said that the team plans to work out with the Cowboys, who train in Oxnard, while they are out west.

The final game of the preseason will take place against the Cowboys in Dallas.

Practicing with 3 different teams… that’s kinda interesting, I wonder how much better that is to practicing against only one.

Yes it is interesting.
But could be a good learning curve for the defense to see different style offenses.

Love the joint practice concept. Seems like the player's intensity goes up a notch in these scenarios.

Last year with the Rams on NFL network, both team's offenses were matching big plays and gave me high hopes on how good Dallas offense could be in 2025.

Nothing but scrubs playing but still hope for no injuries.
Not really it's just not the same as what we used to see all that changes is your camp you're usually going 7 on 7 or 11 on 11 ones against ones and twos against twos but you're splitting your own team up now you just get to see another team separating up practice with those type of groupings with no real football being played.

Scrimmages used to be a very vanilla version of a game, you know a glorified practice, but it looked like a game but that's not what it is anymore scrimmage are just broken into groups and instead of seeing your own players you're just, PRACTICING AGAINST THEM.

I mean even our own blue and white scrimmage that used to be at least a mild form of a game it looked like a game like a pickup game but it was a game Now it's just practice it's just groups broken up into like very boring visuals for fans I mean this is not what I wanna see let's at least see some type of game where they say well don't allow the hit guys real hard don't bring them to the ground completely no big hits no late hits no dirty hits but let's play a little bit of football...

.... then you saw our defense lol

This could be a very real preview of the two coaches that will be in contention for AP Coach of the Year.

Two heavyweights facing off in the battle of life

Kellen Moore taking our new defensive coordinator to school ought to build some confidence....
The same K Moore who designed and called the most outrageous football play / formation in the history of the NFL?
