News: ESPN: Sources: Browns, Rams finalizing Myles Garrett blockbuster trade

Can’t wait for when the Rams get bumped off in the playoffs.
Probably Dallas will do it

I didn't have a problem when they went all in with getting Stafford and Von Miller, OBJ and Jalen Ramsey in order to win their last Super Bowl.
And all the talk here was how bad they're gonna suck and for how long for having given up all the draft capital and contracts that they did.

So isnt it kinda funny now that theyre right back in a spot to go all in on trying to win another Super Bowl with a deal for a player who may get them over the top to winning another one..?

And then kinda compare it to how the Cowboys do business...

Just wow.

Cowboys!!

We should have been all over that.
How? We have nothing comparable to offer. They gave up multiple draft picks and a 25 year old edge who has surpassed 12 sacks in two consecutive years. The Browns got a tremendous haul for a 30 year old and got younger, cheaper, and draft picks. We have nothing to offer to make that deal happen.

Rams had that young pass rusher in Verse, which made this deal possible. Good trade by both teams!
Agreed. The Cowboys did not have a commodity like that to be able to add to their own potential trade.

Maybe it's just me....but they can have him. No way in hell am I giving up all that and a player going into his prime vs a dude getting ready for the slide down hill. Father time is still undefeated. Rams think they are the smartest guy in the room....when in reality....on this trade...they got taken to the cleaners. Les Snead just became the new Mike Lynn.

Well Rams played in NFCCG. They were close. If in superbowl. They would have won just like Seattle.

Garrett is a super star and difference maker and maybe in line for defense player of the year or MVP...

They are all in to win another one like they did a few years ago...their window is closing.

So they got an impact player, a high impact player that teams have to scheme against. This was a good move for them

Who knows if they will win it, but they are certainly in the conversation. They replaced a good ayer, with great player, gambled future and in win now mode. If they win it all, this was a great move...otherwise it will be scrutinized to death.

I like this for the rams

For several years, Verse was the only 1st Round pick that the Rams drafted.

Their success had some through FA, trades, and mid-to-low round draft picks

They built a team to "win now" in 2021

They've rebuilt the team and have been to the Playoffs the last 3 seasons: WC, DIV, NFCCG

Rams have had more success in the last 5 season than Dallas has had in the last 30

Rams FO has done a great job and this trade will really help them in 2026
