Exactly Steve if he were to say he's still a problem it means he's not doing his job as a coach.

Guy comes here with talent and potential it's up to the coaching staff to bring it out of him in our system.

That's what the coaching staff is for to fast track these young players get them on the right page and keep them there.

The NFL stands for not for long and you don't have time to mess around and handle these immature head cases with kid gloves for 5 years until they decide to act like adults.

It shotenheimer's job to make sure these talented kids hit the ground running and he couldn't do it last year so it's about time he got it done this year.
