well, this seems more like a real heated argument that got out of hand; and since she was arrested at the same time, this looks like a much lesser situation then Jacobs.

In the off season especially, turns out ball players are dealing with things that average Joe does in everyday life. Sometimes relationships get challenging. In this case it sounds like they both were wrong equally. Doesn't rise to the level of Brandon Jacobs.
