Good then we've come to terms and you should be a Rams fan then,

of course you would love that approach as a fan because it's fun for the fan base to see your team be that aggressive but it's more fun to have a dynasty And if this work then why is only two to three teams be this aggressive this all in philosophy doesn't really carry to the majority the majority of the league operate like the Cowboys and our fan base act like Jerry is just a goofball and it's because he's the GM and it's what's been holding us back because the way he operates is not normal but it's very normal I would love for him to be more aggressive occasionally yes in the last two off seasons he's been very aggressive compared to his old ways In this last month or two of this offseason which isn't done yet they went after Crosby and Dean very aggressively with very good offers and loss then they made offers all around the league trying to get a better linebacker and it was rejected even though the offers were great it was like an overpayment it wasn't quite as aggressive as the Rams made forget it because that's absolutely fiscally irresponsible to most teams..

Sure, I see why that's fun for you but when you look at it from their perspective an owner and AGM the rest of the league like 95% of the league operate the way the Cowboys do and Kansas City and New England do it the same way.

they DO Not give up all their first round picks, They do not go after a player and severely overpay being now top heavy and have a single point of failure where like the Packers did with Parsons he got injured and it all fell apart one player gets injured and now they're blaming that there are fan bases in Green Bay that say if Parsons doesn't get hurt they go to the Super Bowl they really are so delusional they believe that if Parsons didn't get injured they were going to get to the Super Bowl. Saying that right now in the offseason if Parsons can stay healthy he's to keep in their Super Bowl one player is the key since when?

We just saw Seattle in New England do it differently They didn't have a single player with double digit sacks like Garrett would have brought they didn't need to be that aggressive and they both got to the Super Bowl and Seattle won it last time I checked I believe Seattle must have beat the Rams along the way doing it completely different. Seattle turned their team around and yes they made moves but they did not do what the Rams did they got a great coaching staff they created great depth they know their system was going to work and it didn't have a single point of failure and they won the damn Super Bowl that way they didn't need to do with the Rams did.. Yes they made changes but they did not do what the Rams did..

I'm not saying that the Cowboys shouldn't be more aggressive but I saw Jerry make real effort the last two seasons not just in the offseason at the trade deadline they are really trying to put the effort in without going off the deep end in their mind and being so fiscally irresponsible and just throwing away your first-round picks that's not normal.

To be a Rams fan because Jerry will never do this because 90% of the league doesn't do it It is not normal to do this and I get it it's fun for the fans to have your team do crazy things in the offseason but if it doesn't pay off it could hurt them in the future...

But neither half the Eagles or the Rams and really lately the only other team that even gets close to that would be the 49ERS when was the last time the 49ers won a Super Bowl, They've been doing this for a while? Yeah that's right they may have got to a couple more Super Bowls and one in the playoffs because that's what Bob's now changing the goal posts no it's about winning championships if you're losing in the playoffs and not getting your end goal which is to win the ring it might be more fun for fans like it was back with Landry because that was an over hyped run they lost too many Super Bowls they lost too many championship games and not got to the Super Bowl to have those kind of teams on that kind of run and only come away in 30 years with two Super Bowls.. He rolls in and gets three in his first 7 years Or whatever that was or whatever that was... He would appreciates getting three titles in a short amount of time but they sure hype up the excessive winning without the ring both Landry and yeah the Rams I mean the 49ers but the Rams are not the blueprint in my opinion unless they win some back to back and win more Super Bowls in a short amount of time then to me they are one off and not everyone is going to copy that..

Right. I believe we wasted some rosters that needed one or two more players to compete for the prize. You have to recognize when the opportunity is there and go for it. Because of their team-building strategy, that isn't what the Joneses do.

Bringing in Quinnen last year wasn't going for it, that was trying to show that they were smart to trade Parsons. I like the trade. I like the trade for Pickens, too. So I'll give them credit for making those. But I'll give them blame as well for not making moves when we had strong rosters to put us over the top.

I remember we also beat the Rams They were pretty healthy and we had Cooper rush at quarterback you remember that game It was maybe 3-4 years ago? I mean that's pretty sad they couldn't beat Cooper Rush our defense was all over their offense,

I mean literally causing fumbles and havoc and interceptions man those were the days... I can't remember the last time our defense played like that...

Alright, so we’re on the same page, you want to be a Rams fan. Sure, that aggressive approach is fun for fans to watch, but building a dynasty is even better. If it really worked, why are only two or three teams that aggressive?

The “all-in” philosophy isn’t the norm; most of the league operates like the Cowboys. Our fan base acts like Jerry’s just a goofball, but as GM, his way of running things, while frustrating, is actually pretty standard.

I’d like him to be more aggressive sometimes, and in the last two offseasons he has been compared to before. Just in the past month or two, they went hard after Crosby and Dean with strong offers but lost out, then made solid offers for linebackers across the league that still got rejected, almost like overpaying. But still, it wasn’t Rams-level aggressive, which most teams see as financially reckless. From an owner and GM’s perspective, about 95% of the league works like the Cowboys, with Kansas City and New England doing the same.

They don’t give up all their first-round picks or overpay for one player, risking becoming top-heavy and dependent on a single star. Look at the Packers with Parsons, he got injured and their season fell apart. Some fans in Green Bay truly believe that without his injury, they’d have gone to the Super Bowl, and now in the offseason, they’re saying if Parsons stays healthy, he’s their ticket there.

Your issue is that you are stuck - rather your standards are stuck - in a time when we were winning SBs and/or regularly competing for them. The Cowboys were REAL threats in January...not just clickbait material for the credulous and easily misled. So none of what we've seen even for the past quarter century will cut it.

For these guys...these are the frog that has boiled in the pot of water over time and become accustomed to being gaslit and confused. Men like us refuse to be soft-boiled over time...nah...everytime Jerry tries to sell us the BS we are jumping out of the water imejutly!!!
