I said we should have kept Hoffman and now I'm not very happy to find out this news about Hennessy!

Hoffman was a very good versatile backup. Not a starter; but a guy that would do a job for you when you needed it.
It was DUMB to let him go.
I never expected anything from Hennesy and with a serious neck condition I doubt he ever plays worth anything

MHennessy likely never plays a down of football for us.

Hoffman was not as good as many say. It is why they kept Bass over him. They could not tender both of them. And pay $10 a yer between both players.
If they gave one a less tender for a lesser draft pick. He would have been signed by another team anyway.
Which the should have done. But what if no team signed either one.

I don't think we overrated him on here, he did a more than adequate job when asked to do so. I would have to say the front office dropped the ball here, OL has been a consistent ???? lately, and still is. We can't keep everyone, but...

I’m just saying he for sure wasn’t underrated by fans. Fans thought we were going to get a 2nd rounder for him.

He was a solid depth piece for sure. Not irreplaceable. If we needed a guard I’d for sure would’ve been ok with keeping him.
