crazy, right? Are you trying to use some sort of logic here?

No. My comment coincides similarly with the OP's tweet. There is zero relevancy for NFC championship games outside the tweet's timeframe prior to 2016.now do the past 30 years
Must be exhausting trying to keep things on topic.No. My comment coincides similarly with the OP's tweet. There is zero relevancy for NFC championship games outside the tweet's timeframe prior to 2016.
If any member wishes to change the parameters of the OP for further discussion, I highly recommend pro-football-reference.com (or sports-reference.com and select Football instead). It provides detailed information for researching post-1970 regular season NFC Championship games though the present. However, I do believe that is irrelevant to the intended purpose of this thread, which is, again, stated in the OP's tweet.
Not really, but I am no saint when it comes to trying to derail threads either.Must be exhausting trying to keep things on topic.

GAME-SET-MATCH-TOURNAMENT-WIMBELDON-SERENAGRANDSLAM!!!I mean if he's the reason we have owned the division he is also the reason for the rest of the record, right?
It’s why these blame Dak threads are so pointless. Unless you’re a Tom Brady, no QB is going to single handedly carry a team to a championship.Sounds about right… we’ve been pretty average. Some highs, some very low lows, and a whole lotta mediocrity.
Can’t really attribute that to Dak. It’s our team’s signature which pre-dates him, unfortunately.
Dak was the lack of physicality and toughness but keep cooking you got it…..lolStraight from the Dak apologists playbook.
It's everybody else's fault and 'what about Romo'.
lol
It’s amazing that “Dak beat Brady” comment really triggers you you’ve been talking about it for 4 years….The illogic here is that talking about Dak means you only blame him.
Asinine.
Remember the ol' "Dak retired brady" after that Tampa playoff game? You said NOTHING then. The "Dak gets credit for wins and the team gets the blame for losses" is a real thing. Maybe you partake maybe not...but it's real.
The purpose is a positive Dak thread turned into an Anti Dak thread by the same usual suspects….nothing new.No. My comment coincides similarly with the OP's tweet. There is zero relevancy for NFC championship games outside the tweet's timeframe prior to 2016.

Nope. The purpose is a positive Dak thread turned into an Anti Dak thread by the same usual suspects….nothing new.
And that has got them where? The logic here is that the Dallas Cowboys have owned the division
I mean if he's the reason we have owned the division he is also the reason for the rest of the record, right?

Truth hurts…..rabbit hole or not.Nope.Not taking the rabbit hole bait. Signing off for now.
Where has winning the division gotten the Chiefs or Pats or Eagles? It’s not a bad thing to win the division. And that has got them where?
He owns the NFC East. Not the whole NFL. The Cowboys need all four NFC East teams to qualify for the playoffs in the same season. That’s the ticket! His overall record is 83-55-1. Meaning his record against non-division teams is 46-45-1.
46-45-1!!! Let that sink in.
Of course, don't forget his infamous 2-5 playoff record.
I'll just keep replying with cogent arguments - courtesy of @McKDaddy: "I mean if he's the reason we have owned the division he is also the reason for the rest of the record, right?"
Hard to believe we’ve wasted so many playoff and SB rosters. Most QBs would be at least 100-38-1 and flip that playoff record to 5-2.His overall record is 83-55-1. Meaning his record against non-division teams is 46-45-1.
46-45-1!!! Let that sink in.

I never saw Tom Brady or Patrick Mahomes single handedly carry a team to a championship. Both teams had SB defenses and a great coach. It’s why these blame Dak threads are so pointless. Unless you’re a Tom Brady, no QB is going to single handedly carry a team to a championship.
People like to give Sam Darnold credit for playing well, but put him on the Cowboys and we still don’t even sniff a NFC Championship.
