Dak's contracts continued the culture of blaming everyone else and no accountability.
It has poisoned the franchise with this new culture of propaganda and excuses.
Make no mistake; Dak Prescott is the worst player to ever suit up in a Cowboys uniform, and the fact that he has been allowed to continue and prosper despite costing the Cowboys at least two Super Bowl wins is a despicable shame that is not lost on the rest of the team.
They know they only come to Dallas to get paid, and winning is not required.
And fans wonder why the team lacks the discipline and drive to excel, despite having some of the best talent ever assembled?
Look no further than the example set for them by Jerry continuing to reward Dak for his pathetic play.

This is a very true statement, even for the biggest homers of this organization. I am one of the biggest supporters of this team, since 1973. But this organization has soured under it's leadership, this franchise is in bad shape. We as fans who love the team know that , optimism is low under this front office. I was praising the moves that were made during the off season, but reality has returned. This organization is the worst run franchise in the league and has been for too long. I am sick of beating the same old horse for 20 to 31 plus years, but I remain a fan because of Coach Landry, Staubach and Dorsett and Randy White and Robert Newhouse. I believe it has become too hard to win even with the good players that have been added the last couple of seasons. Negatives at the top are impossible to overcome, even with better talent being added. Go Cowboys.

It is not the QB it is the Jones crew that has soured and made winning nearly impossible. There I have said it and won't apologize for it, because I believe it to be true. Ol sour face is the problem, and we all know this too well , sad stuff. Now can Dallas beat Green Bay for the first time in 10 years despite Ol sour face, we will find Sunday night .
