The Cowboys have not made the postseason since 2023. They have not won a postseason game since 2022.

Over the past two seasons, Dallas is 14-19-1.

“It sucks, definitely,” Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott said last week, via Tommy Yarrish of the team website, “but we’re pushing. That’s our goal. That’s a minimum. When you have a team like this, and they’ve done everything they have in the offseason, obviously we’ve got to push and get better on offense, but when we know we’re already improving on defense, that’s the minimum. That’s everybody’s goal in here.”

This is what separates QB's like Dak from Tom Brady. Brady always hated the pro bowl and was very vocal in his desire to play in the big game the following week. And he did that many times.

Dak and his fan club, on the other hand, consider pro bowl selections a badge of honor. The desire for greatness just doesn't exist.
