Definitely true on Sham. But when he does retire, hire a quality PbP man from another team, not an in-house homer like Youmans.

He also hosted or was on some of the local Cowboys TV shows. Rewind (talked about previous game, and upcoming game, Coaches (insert HC name) Shows, Special Edition, that Jerry use to be on, now it is Stephen.

They usually came out on the website on Wednesday nights. But aired on local TV Sunday mornings.
He did PS games pregame shows, and interviews, and reported live after games at times.
And of course TC Live shows form Oxnard.

He was basically the replacement in waiting for Brad Sham as the team's play-by-play guy. So this move by Youmans probably means Sham has no plans to retire any time soon.

Brad Sham should have retired a few years ago or so.
