A familiar pattern has developed over the last seven years with Dak

Another common theme around here is play calling complaints, and rightfully so. That includes Quinn as well as most is the coaching the last 30 years. Don’t understand how it can be blamed all on one player. Can we do better than Dak? Absolutely. But what are the realistic chances?
I was talking about the opponent.

So when your monthly govt check comes, do you send some back if it’s too much. I’m just kidding but would you take less for your job? There are very few people that would, most don’t.
But I'm only getting back what I paid in.

Are you a current addict? Addicts brains do not function in a: if this, then this, sequential logic manner. Compulsive gambling has been a vice for literally millions. I am not diagnosing him-I am saying that it sounds very similar to addiction profile. If you feel the need to judge-go for it.
What are the withdrawal symptoms of gambling addiction?

Jerry made the wrong choice. This isn't poker. You can't simply bluff your way through it. The other guy can see your cards. He should have traded him when he had the chance. Then he negotiated away his one winning card.
I was advocating for u to let Dak walk, get a 3rd and rebuild. Dak will never succeed here. No one succeeds under Jerry. It would have been good for both. But he has high jersey sales so Jerry would never let him.walk.

What are the withdrawal symptoms of gambling addiction?
Anxiety, irritability, and depression? What happens when a person gets massive dopamine release from a large gamble? And it’s more powerful by far than what happens with the average human. And the person’s brain pleasure center circuitry gets reorganized to the point that they only get that massive release when they press the risk envelope.

Our brains are the most powerful organs in controlling emotion, thought patterns, and general health. You can say that someone has a weak mind or accept some people get addicted more easily than others based on their own physiology and/or unfortunate circumstances . Also, remember you are likely viewing from a healthy non addicted perspective and that’s great. Hopefully, you will never have to experience thoughts from an unhealthy addicted perspective.

And the trend goes back further without exact number of missed games .

I believe he’s only not missed games in consecutive seasons only once.

The history totally supports he will not avoid missing some games this year due to injury.

The Patriots were not some shining beacon of football before Brady was named starter. Give him his dues. He is the GOAT after all.
No doubt. But he will tell you he was lucky to get Bill and not Dave Campo. Brady is not some god...he got good coaching, a stable organization. Think of it like Troy being lucky to land with a team run by Jimmy and then Jimmy being smart enough to get Norv. Norv was so instrumental he gave Troy's HOF induction speech.

But with the Patriots it goes deeper because they kept 4 QBs. The same can be said of Romo. Romo was not a great QB...he was very raw. But he got good coaching from Sean Peyton and Parcells.

Obviously you've missed the conversation where someone said that Caleb Williams proved he was better than Dak because the Bears beat the Cowboys last season. They dressed it up as Dak vs Caleb which is pretty dumb.

Nowhere have you ever or will ever see me say that Dak is better than Mahomes and Brady.
He missed it because no one said that. That was your twisted version. If Caleb has proven to be better it's because he's more physically gifted, more clutch and played clutch in the regular AND post season. His team believes in him. His teammates mom and brothers are calling their QB a choker or loser.

So...yeah...no one said it was because of one head to head match up. You're the only GM in the league taking Dak over Caleb Williams.

Ok cool its okay. A hit dog will holler. You've done my work for me. I appreciate you for that lil bro.

Let's see if you'll answer this questions. Which quarterback has proven to be more gifted and more clutch in the the Superbowl than Trent Dilfer, Nick Foles and Brad Johnson?

Is it Jim Kelly, Dan Marino or Joe Burrows?

Which quarterback has proven to be more gifted and clutch to lead their team to the Superbowl more than Colin Kaepernick and Rex Grossman?

Is it Josh Allen or Lamar Jackson? According to your lil logic and narrative, I'd choose Kaepernick and Grossman all day when it comes to getting my team into the Superbowl over Allen and Jackson.

Do you think Dak's better than Caleb?

Do you think Dak's better than Caleb?

Caleb Williams doesn't have enough of a resume to say who's better between him and Dak.

Williams was a 1st round draft pick that was drafted to be a franchise quarterback and led his team to a 5-12 rookie season record. Dak was a 4th round quarterback who was drafted to be a backup at best and led his team to a 13-3 record his rookie season.

IMO I think Williams is a more gifted passer than Dak was at that same time frame in their careers, as he should be. Caleb Williams should definitely have a better career than Dak for the simple fact of his draft grade/status and Heisman award winning pedigree.

To answer your question, I think they're both very good quarterbacks but I believe Williams has the better upside than Dak.

It's a weak mind. Not all addictions are the same. Calling it an addiction is just an excuse, IMO.

Reminds me of the criticism here about Lamb being less than a man when he had a concussion and went into the fencing response, seizing while he was laid out on the sideline.

Do you think he got hit a lot last year?
Yeah, he was knocked around a lot last year. It was the second most hits in his career (2019 - 57 hits)

Remember when we had a training staff that could take emmit with electrodes hanging from his hammies, send him out there and he'd carry the team with a dislocated shoulder?
I "blame" the CBA and NFLPA and the scrutiny over player long term health to a lot of the caution today.

in a vacuum that seems like a lot but in context, he like Romo are not known to throw the ball away also the more you pass the more you are likely to get hit. But over all getting hit on around 40% of pressures seems to be the norm no matter the QB.
