nobody thought in 2016 when drafted outta miss state that 10yrs later his career numbers would put him 1st or 2nd in franchise record books.
thats a heckuva accomplishment.
but its about success in the playoffs

Dak has no place really. The NFL is all about the playoffs and he has been terrible there. I hope it changes but right now he is an afterthought.

I think Dak is one of the best QB's in the NFL, and definitely one of the best of all time for the team. That being said, he was gifted a bunch of animals for 7 years on the OL, and has always had top-notch WRs to help him last this long. In this wonderful forum, this is overlooked 99% of the time, and he gets a majority of the credit. Around 400 people follow this person on X, so the intent is clearly to bargain for his next contract, and not give credit to those who played a vital role in his career

That’s an excuse though. Everyone gets double and tripled team. Micah was productive in the regular season despite the coverage.

And you are right we had some beasts on the line. Which is why we won so many games. Takes more than that. This isn’t an excuse for Dak. He hasn’t been good enough. I’m more so speaking for why Cowboys have failed for the last 30 years,

To have a place in history I would think you would need more favorable history, and without any playoff success, I'm afraid the best he can do is the best of the rest. Is that where we are now?

yeah I was thinking he would have about the same place as danny white.
Unless they go to a SB or win a SB.
Danny at least got to several conf champ games I think.
