Malachi is a big dude. Some of it here is camera perspective and some is just Eze being a bit small for the position, but it’s nice to see Malachi with that big frame and only being 22. He could add 10 pounds of muscle and still be pretty lean.

He has almost the same physical traits as Demarcus Ware, minus the freakish wingspan, although arm length is comparable.

There have been several photos like this over the offseason, so I don't think it's just a deceptive camera angle. Eze just might not be big enough, and I'm guessing that's why he fell to the second despite good college sack numbers.

And I'm not trashing Eze, I have nothing against him. But Lawrence has a much bigger frame with, as you say the potential for much more good weight, plus he's faster and more explosive. And seems like a really good kid. He's my biggest pet cat in a while so I really hope he puts it together. It's about time one of our high-ceiling draftees fulfilled his potential.
