Execs, coaches, scouts rank top NFL guards, centers for 2026

Smith was already 2nd team all-pro in 2023. He was dealing with tendonitis last season and his play did dip.
Right. I'm saying that despite how good he is, he could be even better, and may get there with time. His physical ability is off the charts. Not quite Larry Allen level, but probably better than Zack Martin's. Martin was clearly a student of the game. I don't see that in Smith. That doesn't mean I think Smith is a slacker. I just think he's so good physically that he doesn't worry about cleaning up technically until he has to. I could be wrong, but that's what I see. It shows up more at tackle, where his aggression and technical issues can be used against him more. At guard, there's more room for small mistakes when you have the power and movement skills to overcome them.

you mean the same NFL executives from the Browns and so on?
Like so many others you did not bother to think about that those NFL executives might not be worth any more than Junior is
Here’s the resident GM expert here at CZ. He’s apparently forgotten more than what most people know about NFL personnel. He knows all. Just ask him.

Smith I would put right now top ten. He had a All Pro year his first year as Guard but has slipped due to injuries. I think he can still reach that level but he has to show it
:lmao: You can’t be serious? But why am I surprised? You’ve shown in the past you know nothing about football. This is just more proof. Keep posting bud. I’m loving it.
