I would expect Schotty to be on the phone with him pretty soon.

Grier spent 7 years in the league. That's pretty good. Kudos for hanging around that long.

Being very good friends and dual threat types of QBs, it would be a blessing to get Will Grier be a part of the QB staff for Dak and the rest of our QBs.

Yeah, because we've had such great results the last 30 years giving elite coaching jobs to guys who have absolutely no coaching experience at any level.

How about this - Grier spends 5 to 10 years coaching at the high school and college levels and proves himself first by working his way up.

I'm sure he was offered an entry level position like Assistant QBs coach or offensive analyst or director of team relations or quality control.
