Stop with the negativity......the pass rush will flow from CPs loins directly to the opposing QB .Only if the new improved vaunted pass rush slips up. And allows the QB to throw the ball.![]()
I just dont know why he keeps on hating....I just dont knowThis is very creative. Ive never seen people keep track of rookie players coming off of ACL injuries as a measurement.
For context, what are the stats for other rookie players coming off of ACL injuries that took away their time to learn as a professional? What did their numbers look like?
Im just trying to see if any rookie came into the league off of a season ending leg injury and came right on in balling out, especially at the CB position.
I think Revel has the opportunity and skillset to become a defensive back that could possibly strap up our opponents best receiver if he studies the game right. The best trio Dallas throws down to get these 3 on the field down after down is a healthy Revel and Durant the ex Ram outside and Bland he of the 6 pick sixes in a single season as ball hawking nickel. Blands size better suited at nickel and that’s CP’s base so basically he’s getting snaps .
Exactly. He wasn't like, say, Micah tearing it late in the season. He did it the offseason before, so he was over a year in before his first NFL season started. When he was drafted everyone was aware the knee and most, including me, were content that him sliding to the third was a a decent offset for the injury concern. After all, reports, largely coming from his team, were that he would be ready for training camp.
What disappointed people is that he wasn’t remotely close to ready for training camp and would end up essentially being redshirted the entire year.
Just as I thought. Another one of your lies.Good afternoon, Rockport.
Geesh he's already 25... It's now or never for this kid.

I believe that he had a setback last year during his rehab, but feel free to double check me on that. When he was drafted everyone was aware the knee and most, including me, were content that him sliding to the third was a a decent offset for the injury concern. Typical Jerry-speak. But I do consider the situations different. Moore had been injured in college, but he’s not injured now and is participating in all offseason drills as far as I know. And I truly think that like the rest of this draft, this was a Parker pick.Revel was the person that Jerry was referring to when he said that the 2026 draft would contain no similar risks. Of courses we went on to draft Devin Moore in the fourth, lol.
For the record, it was me who said he’ll be our CB1 this year. And I stand by that.Obviously, he gets a reset. It’s only fair and It’s not like there is an option otherwise, but the team desperately needs for him to live up to his third round cost. CB is one of the biggest weaknesses on the team.
It’s unfortunate that he’s having to come from so far behind as some of the issues he had last year were fundamental and not simply the result of the brace, but we’re about to find out how much he can improve from a terrible rookie season.
Seriously I mean since when does age matter it's more about mileage how long can he play That is a variable nobody knows including you and 25 is not old... Right , yeah I mean you expecting everyone to come out of college being 20 or 21, that's not how it works some people actually stay in college for years and there's nothing wrong with that and it does not affect your pro career at all..Geesh he's already 25... It's now or never for this kid.
Bland played with a bad foot for the second half of the year. Ultimately missing games at the end.At least Revel had an excuse for poor play. What was everyone else's that we trotted out at CB, including Bland who was ridiculously bad?
It’s your thread. You can see the replies. Scroll up three posts, genius .Just as I thought. Another one of your lies.
Yeah, it was the first week of training camp last yearI believe that he had a setback last year during his rehab, but feel free to double check me on that.
My optimism comes from the fact that the prior staff was fired and replaced with people who can actually coach.
And guys like Revel will ‘suddenly remember how to play football again’.
He knows it and brags about it. He always claims that it is a Badge of Honor to come to the forum and start trouble, he gets off on it. How he survives around here is nothing but luck. It’s your thread. You can see the replies. Scroll up three posts, genius .
You’re the worst poster on the site.
No need to apologize to me. Your opinions are irrelevant
That’s the main reason for my admittedly high level of optimism for the upcoming season.Yeah, it was the first week of training camp last year
After dealing with some discomfort in rehab sessions at training camp, Dallas Cowboys rookie cornerback Shavon Revel Jr. is no longer expected to return from his torn ACL in time for the season opener, a team source tells Star-Telegram. Revel’s father also told 105.3 The Fan that his son’s recovery is expected to last another 6-8 weeks.

Agreed on the quality of coaching. As you mentioned, he’s definitely one of the players who could benefit most from the change.
objective fact lacking any context. Rationally speaking the needle shouldn't be trending up or down from when he was drafted.Didn’t need to do much digging
It’s all objective fact.
Good afternoon, Rockport
