He does mention about the lack of playoff success. But also says this.

Can't resist turning, er, returning to Bill Parcells for his commonsense assessment of the quarterback position:
"They aren't out there playing singles."

I am. The Cowboys are extremely lucky to have a great QB for so many years.

As always, the offense must also do their part to ensure satisfaction of those who run things. Team performance as a whole must take precedence for success to be given its rightful priorities.
