Chase/HigginsI don’t know how you could argue that #2 hasn’t already happened
No other team has 2 top 10 WRs

I personally don't think Higgins is on the level of the other 3 in question.Chase/Higgins
Can't get any BOLDER than that!!1. Dak wins the MVP
2. Dallas has a top 10 defense
3. The Cowboys win the Super Bowl
First 2 are not far fetched. Not sure about EZE. I would love nothing more than for him to have double digit sacks, but I don't see that happening. I hope I'm wrong, though. How many do you think will happen and which ones? I can see all 3 happening!
Three bold predictions for the Cowboys that might actually come true in 2026

The Dallas Cowboys enter the 2026 season with something they haven't had in years: genuine optimism surrounding both sides of the football. After an aggressive offseason that brought in defensive coordinator Christian Parker, added playmakers like Caleb Downs, Rashan Gary and Cobie Durant, and kept George Pickens on the franchise tag, expectations are rising in Dallas.
Of course, every NFL season delivers surprises. Here are three bold predictions that sound ambitious today, but have a realistic chance of becoming reality.
If even two of these predictions come true, Dallas won't just be competing for a playoff spot— they could find themselves among the NFC's true contenders in 2026.
- Caleb Downs wins AP Defensive Rookie of the Year
- George Pickens and CeeDee Lamb become the NFL's best receiving duo
- Donovan Ezeiruaku finishes with double-digit sacks

I'd be ecstatic! Especially if it translates into a double digit win season with a longer playoff run than we have seen in 30 plus years. How many do you think will happen and which ones? I can see all 3 happening!

They’re a great combo, but Higgins isn’t anywhere near Lamb, whereas Pickens had a top 5 seasonChase/Higgins
Post of the Thread.1. Dak wins the MVP
2. Dallas has a top 10 defense
3. The Cowboys win the Super Bowl
Same, not bold at all. Sure it's a jump for EZ stats wise, but he's a pass rush specialist on a newly upgraded defense. Double digit sacks is entirely plausible.I'm not sure how bold those are. I'd say Downs is one of the favorites and CeeDee and Pickens may already be the top receiving duo to most people and definitely are to me, so why is that even on this list. EZ is a bold one.
I think the upgrades in the secondary (and to a lesser extent LBs) and coaching upgrades makes the jump from 2 to 8 a little more feasible. If this defense can move up at least 15 spots from the historically worst defense makes it a little better to wager on it.A decent possibility.
Going from 2 sacks to 10? That is a big ask. Wouldn't bet the farm on it.
On the flip side though Chase is in the conversation for best receiver in the NFL. Also Higgins has been extremely productive for a second option. He has more TD's than CD but CD does have 2K more yards. They’re a great combo, but Higgins isn’t anywhere near Lamb, whereas Pickens had a top 5 season
Personally I'd rather have world peace and no child going to sleep hungry but I've never been known as a rabid Cowboys fanI would love nothing more than for him to have double digit sacks
I thought these kind of declarations were the expressed property of Coogs?Post of the Thread.

....that's more like it.1. Dak wins the MVP
2. Dallas has a top 10 defense
3. The Cowboys win the Super Bowl
"WAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH No in is allowed to have any positive thoughts at all! Dallas Sucks! Jerry Sucks! WAAAAAAAHHHHHH"30 years of meaningless stats. Enough is enough.

The poor guy has fallen off the wagon dozens of times. There's nothing quite like posting on 24/7 caffeine high.
.......nicely done. All 3 could happenHow many do you think will happen and which ones? I can see all 3 happening!
