Led Zeppelin is my band in an era I grew up in but the Allman Bros are legendary . I’m biased I know but nothing compares to the rock & roll of the mid to late 60’s through the 70’s .

one of my roommates was obsessed w/the Allman Brothers band - they'd play a residency one week a year next to our apartment at this spot called The Beacon, and we'd get the wildest visitors coming in from all over - pretty sure i almost went blind from Moonshine. I remember this bar, Yogi's that was Allman central during that time. Sadly that bar shut down.

The Beacon is an awesome theater and has always been my favorite venue to see concerts. The string of Allman Bros. shows at the Beacon in March was always a must-see event. I miss those days.

I lived 4 streets from it, it really is a great venue. I miss those days too
