At this juncture with the videos that I've seen and the facts that are out I'm hoping that Tony's blood test comes back good and he is able to keep his job at CBS and support his family

I always thought he represented the Cowboys well and hope he clears himself of this unfortunate situation

He made stupid choices while leaving the golf course; his judgment is much more in question than mine is. That said, he is one of my all-timers, and I watch a majority of the broadcasts he is on, Cowboys or not. Plenty of people are still on the side of Tiger, and his decision-making is 100x worse than what Romo's is at this stage. To answer your question, I am the judge of my immediate thoughts, not the jury or executioner. His final judgement will have nothing to do with what any of us feel/don't feel about the situation he is in. Being a Cowboys fan, it was painful for me to watch what I did yesterday

Not offense intended...but with all due respect, I feel the "initial" reactions to this say a lot about a person. "first thoughts"...tell more than just the issue at hand. It's how one processes all kinds of input and situations.

Now...if the video showed him stumbling, falling down, unable to answer ANY questions...I would feel different about it. I don;t see enough to judge in the supplied video. I hope the Wisky justice system is fairer than here.

When we moved here 30 years ago...a great state. The recent influx of people from everywhere has made it near unbearable. I'd be gone but I love the year round water / Gulf activities too much.

Yes...even the Canadien snow birds were alright. I'm pretty sure it's from the whole world going full straight jacket not just transplants from the north.

It's a different culture up here, and unless you have close ones who have been affected by drunk driving, open bottles and shots is enough to provide initial judgment. Hell, I even feel bad for Tiger with what's going on in his life......

There are actual terms for it

• “Situational Dominance”
• “Aggressive Policing Command Presence”
• “Aggressive Order Maintenance”

Google any of those phrases.

Culturally, it’s know as “coercive enforcement”, which is how police rely on an implied or direct threat of physical force, jail, arrests, searches, tows, etc, to compel compliance from the public.

It’s good that you don’t know about this. It means you,your family and friends have been blessed, or maybe the subject jsut never caught your interest. It’s not pretty.

De-escalation training for the police is handled the same way as sensitivity training is handled in the corporate world. The lawyers require it, not management and it’s done to win court cases, not to healthy behavior.

I encountered this when I was in the 5th grade and an officer wanted me to falsify a police report and write down what he told me too and it would all go away. I almost did it, too…. Which is the shameful part. That - and not thinking to ask for my parents.

Wisconsin has people getting arrested for their 7th, 8th, 9th OWI.

He’ll get a ticket- maybe have to attend a class, license revoked for an bit. Anything more is a joke considering how everyone else in the state is treated. Had he done it in a small rural town, he may have had a chance of just being told to call someone to pick him up.
