Honestly, I don't understand what 97% of those on here are trying to say

Wisconsin has people getting arrested for their 7th, 8th, 9th OWI.

He’ll get a ticket- maybe have to attend a class, license revoked for an bit. Anything more is a joke considering how everyone else in the state is treated. Had he done it in a small rural town, he may have had a chance of just being told to call someone to pick him up.

That's kinda what i said earlier. This OWI thing....seems like a get out of jail (mostly) free card. A way to bridge the gap between scott free and full on DUI.

It's a different culture up here, and unless you have close ones who have been affected by drunk driving, open bottles and shots is enough to provide initial judgment. Hell, I even feel bad for Tiger with what's going on in his life......

This reminds me of the time we were coming back from Quebec City and ran into an RCMP roadblock.

The "conversation" between me and the two Mounties who spoke no English was something to behold.

Not for nothing but the roadblock was setup to make sure everyone was wearing seatbelts.
