My guess is Milton didn't fire a 110 mph fastball to a running back five yards away from him in the flat.
Progress.
Progress.

I can show you vids of Dak doing it, will you show me a vid of Brady doing the same thing Dak does? Brady and other QB's streatch for sure, but I have not seen any of the others dance the hip dance like Dak does. You people care about the absolute dumbest stuff. The hip drill is just an exercise to get loose.
That said, Tom Brady does do it and basically every professional athlete does some version of opening the hips. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...ion-of-the-dak-dance-to-warm-up-before-games/
Click the link he's literally doing the same movement.I can show you vids of Dak doing it, will you show me a vid of Brady doing the same thing Dak does? Brady and other QB's streatch for sure, but I have not seen any of the others dance the hip dance like Dak does.
Dak is repeating a drill taught to other QBs including Brady. Per Google:I can show you vids of Dak doing it, will you show me a vid of Brady doing the same thing Dak does? Brady and other QB's streatch for sure, but I have not seen any of the others dance the hip dance like Dak does.
Ok, I guess I was wrong. I've been to at least 12 games live and have never seen a QB do that, but then again, that was when I was at Texas Stadium...so a long time ago. lol.Dak is repeating a drill taught to other QBs including Brady. Per Google:
Renowned throwing coach Tom House (who also trained quarterbacks like Tom Brady and Drew Brees) popularized this exercise to teach athletes that throwing velocity comes from the ground up, with the hips acting as the primary engine. [1, 2]
I know, huh, poor Dak. lolI swear people will get all over Dak for the most mundane things.
This guy lives in their heads 24-7-365.
I couldn't care less either way, it's just.....weird.I know, huh, poor Dak. lol
lol...dude, don't lie to yourself, if you did not care you would not have commented about it. Liar, liar, pants on fire.I couldn't care less either way, it's just.....weird.
I can agree that it could useful to get loose. A few, slow to mid speed reps. But then so can other movements. You people care about the absolute dumbest stuff. The hip drill is just an exercise to get loose.

"I actually do that before I warm up," TB12 said. "He's a little more violent in the action, which is pretty good."I can show you vids of Dak doing it, will you show me a vid of Brady doing the same thing Dak does? I have never seen anyone use it A) with the tempo B) frequency or C) in public like Dak.
Please show me video of Tom, Peyton, Aaron, Drew, Josh, Patrick, Joe B, any pro athlete doing anything remotely close to what Dak does. I need that kind of entertainment. I am almost certain Tom broadcast a game where Dak did the drill in pregame & he was struggling not to break into full laughter.
I just posted CJ Stroud doing it.I can agree that it could useful to get loose. A few, slow to mid speed reps. But then so can other movements.

They will argue with Tom Brady if it means making Dak look bad this crap is laughable lol.Dak is repeating a drill taught to other QBs including Brady. Per Google:

Live I said, nothing like Dak does it. Tom was just stretching with it."I actually do that before I warm up," TB12 said. "He's a little more violent in the action, which is pretty good."
I give you credit for being able to post a video. It's exactly like I described in post #30.I just posted CJ Stroud doing it.
Brady never does the hip dance like Dak does. You should know that.
I have never seen him do them or speak of them. Google says he did not use the drill.
All natural throwers use their legs as a base to generate energy from a young age. It's engrained into them. When they throw, it is just part of what they do not something they are constantly having to work on the mechanics of.
Parker using strategery.
It came from Tom Brady’s actual mechanics coach lol. You can’t be serious….Live I said, nothing like Dak does it. Tom was just stretching with it.
To be fair I seem to remember him looking good last year because I remember how some dds survivors were saying how he can throw better than Dak lol.My guess is Milton didn't fire a 110 mph fastball to a running back five yards away from him in the flat.
