My take is that he is trying to use some techniques he learned in how to be a leader class in college. Sort of a "power of positive reinforcement" thing. If you believe it then it will come true. Or as George Costanza put it "its not a lie if you believe it"

Positive thinking is a good thing but these stunts go way to far. The guys who don't need this positive affirmation stuff will think he's an idiot and the guys who might need it, well you might not want them around anyway.

Why would I confront him when he was giving you exactly what you were looking for? You issued the blanket attack looking for exactly the engagement that he gave you. FYI blanket attacks are still personal attacks.

For instance, if I say "Everyone in this thread that has ever tried to start a physical confrontation with another member here are pathetic punks" while not aimed at you by name, I'm sure you would take very personally.

So no, I don't feel the need to confront him for responding to your initial attack, whether you directed it to him by name or not.

If something said doesn't apply to you then why worry about whats said? If someone here typed a statement saying that every Cowboys fan here are stupid and weak for supporting a team that always fail to advance deep into the playoffs, do you think I would respond to that?

Absolutely not, because I know im not stupid or weak.

I apparently hit a nerve with someone here that fits the description of the type of person who cries like a ***** over Cowboys players statements in front of a mic. That's why he personally insulted me first.

In case you haven't noticed, there haven't been too many people here who felt offended because they know that they didn't fit the description.

Like I said.... a hit dog will holler. Its not my fault he's that weak, that was the responsibility of the people who raised him.

I was always taught, if it doesn't apply, let it fly.....

Which, again, is exactly the reaction you wanted from whoever decided to respond to you. I was simply pointing out to you that what you do with this repeated pattern of making blanket statements, getting a reaction, then acting like they attacked you first, then you escalating it, is very transparent. We've been watching you do it for years. I usually skip on by your posts, or put you on ignore for a bit when I get tired of seeing it. Today I decided not to.

Honestly, it's too bad, you make a lot of good arguments here, but you ruin it with this nonsense. It's why hardly anyone engages with you.

Anyways, I've said what I came to say about this. I'm done with it for today.

Those are all good points. For me Dak is one part BS artist, one part troll , one part doesn't give a crap, and one part just plain stupid. I just don't know the ratios involved.

The reaction i wanted from whoever? Im sorry to inform you that you are totally incorrect on that. I speak my mind because I can. I could care less what reaction I get. Thats between them and God how they feel, I just say what I feel.

I also could care less who engages me as well. Life is good for me either way my friend.
