I irrationally hate Jerry Jones. No matter how much I boycott game tickets and merch, he's still going to be insanely wealthy and own the Cowboys.

I wouldn't call that irrational.

I hate the trend of no fret board markers or ones that just have them at the 12th.

Newer trend of pickups without the mounting rings around them...Just looks weird to me.

High end custom shop guitars that they relic to make them look old and road worn.

I agree with you about the first and the third items. I haven't seen the pickups that you speak of. I especially think the relic'd guitars are ridiculous. They pay extra to have their guitar pre-trashed. ???? Makes me think they could sell almost anything. It seems like selling a car where you pay extra for dents, scratches, and bird poop.

Steering column mounted dimmer switches. Driving down the road with one arm around the ol' lady steering with the other and suddenly you have to get a hand on that lever.

Going back to the foot operated switches is the way.

Honestly, in all seriousness, since coming back from Japan, I have grown to really hate litter and certain things we do that I found the Japanese do better. For example, escalators. I really hate how we just crowd escalators, especially at airports. I love how orderly, for example, they are with escalators.

1 - I hate it when people express a dislike for something that they haven’t actually tried/experienced before

For instance, I eat sardines for lunch on occasion. With some smoked cheese. Some crackers. I eat anchovies on ‘za once in a blue moon.

Sardines are extremely good for you, and very mild - just like tuna or whatever. And anchovies are umami salt bombs, like pepperoni and sausage is. Yet 95% of people who rail on these tiny fish haven’t actually tried them before. But they like sausage and pepperoni. It’s the same thing. They’re umami meat salt bombs.

I’ll apply the same to media -

I recently binge watched the anime Attack on Titan and the reason I binged it is because I couldn’t freaking stop. It’s a show that is as good as Breaking Bad, and Game of Thrones, and Chernobyl, and Band of Brothers (I’ve seen all of them)

But some people won’t watch it because it is an animated program from Japan. Yet in reality, animation is the best way to portray the story. It’d be ungodly expensive to CGI an AOT series, and the animation is killer. It’s as good as any show ever made and had me captivated the entire time.

I have more where that came from but I am going to eat beans and potatoes and walk the dog. As one does.

Tiny fish are one of the more underrated proteins, especially in the US. I love the Martiz slightly smoked and spicy Spanish sardines. I like to eat them with pickled vegetables and crusty bread. I also like to make oysters Rockefeller out of canned smoked oysters. I've always felt like tinned fish and frozen vegetables are underutilized by most people.

Two things just came to mind because they are currently happening and they are as irrational as it gets.

The most convenient place to get a sandwich makes a darn good sandwich. They make the bread right there and everything is fresh. The "problem" is they put way to much meat on it. No joke. There is easily an inch and a half or turkey stacked up on this thing. Probably closer to two. I often bring it home and rebuild it and get two more sandwiches out of it and a good taste for the dogs.

The other thing is Lipton Iced Tea. It's my favorite. However, they fill those bottles right to the absolute brim. It is virtually impossible to even open it much less take the first sip without spilling it.

So there you go. I hate getting two much food and drink for my money. lol
