Well, the ball was underthrown!

It was, and it was an easier route to cover. A straight go with no double move. The receiver did try to fool him with his release and he did have to fight through hand battles, but that receiver didn't look particularly fast.

I'd probably say Bland, Revel and Durant are the only locks. It's 2 or 3 spots up for grabs.

It's just one play, but this is by far the best coverage I've seen of camp from a DB. I'm sure there's been other good plays, but this stands out to me. I've not seen a CB use his hands, get them off, TURN AROUND and locate the ball! Easy pick!!


Does anyone think he has a chance to make the team?? Not because of this one play either! We need depth!

Yes when a CB turns around to track the pass an INT instead of PI when you never turn around will follow . He looks like he’s got that confidence you need at CB.

I don't think they move on but if someone has a better camp than him I can for sure see them taking a chance with him getting on practice squad. We saw them do it with Eric Scott after trading up for him.
