Another awful 60 degree day in awful Palo Alto, CA [at my son’s swim meet].

The Boise metro got absolutely HAMMERED with a storm this weekend. So much hail it looked like it snowed and streets turning into rivers. Luckily my area of the valley was spared (lots of rain, a little hail, but no flooding). Sounds like the suburbs of Nampa and Meridian got hit the worst. Very unusual stuff for this part of the country.

Wow!

We've had rain almost daily in June with temperatures ranging from the 40's to low 60's. It has been unreasonably cool and wet with parts of the Flathead River flooding.

Bizarre weather!

After a high of 107 Friday we had a minor cold front come down and push the heat Dome to the West. High Saturday was only around 92. The Dome will be pushing back to the east here in the next few days with it of course Rising temperatures

After about 3 weeks of smoke-filled skies from forest fires and daily health hazard warnings, the temperature dropped to the mid-50's and it has been raining for several hours.... Thank goodness for small blessings.

Kind of the same down here in Boise. Temps dropped from the 100s down to high 80s/low 90s (still hot, but cooler lol). We had some good wind roll through here Thursday and it really blew most of the smoke out of here.......thank goodness. It's been smoky here for like 3-4 weeks. Getting tiresome.
