Real wood? Is there anything else? Real wood comes in handy after the game, too.Real wood, no question!
Haven't drank in 2 and a half years. Gave it up for my daughter's wedding and Haven't started up again.Ranch, you hitting the bottle tonight since the wife is out?

I do have a pellet smoker too for times that I can’t stay and manage the temp. But, there is a trick for this occasion. Sometimes, I will use my stick burner for the first 4-5 hours then move to the pellet grill(briskets and pork butts) and finish there. They turn out the same in the endReal wood? I had some beers up in Dallas last week with an ole Marine buddy but that was a special occasion.Didn't even miss it. Haven't been benched either! Lol
Tell me you aren't a pellet guy without telling me you aren't a pellet guy...pellets are for gerbilsIt would make an excellent sub-forum. These lads from Texas can bring the heat.
The only problem i forsee is the "old school" guys that use traditional wood vs the progressive guys that use the pellet method.......it could go 50+ pages on debating that
It's preseason for the mods, too, apparently. Lolis there not a game thread going?
I've used both...maybe I dont have a sophisticated enough palate but I really dont notice a difference.Tell me you aren't a pellet guy without telling me you aren't a pellet guy...pellets are for gerbils
Nothing about me is sophisticated, lol. My food choices are: burgers, ribs, wings, hot dogs, steak/beef, etc. Guess you can add different variants of pork/beef as well, but I really notice a difference when it's done properly. Not many hobbies, but this is indeed one of mineI've used both...maybe I dont have a sophisticated enough palate but I really dont notice a difference.
Pizza Hut stuffed crust cheese pizza and a beer.I'm home alone for a week, so I'm on my own tonight. Gonna order a meat lovers pizza, extra sausage. Have some tonight and some in the morning with a fried egg on top!
What's on your plate?
Go Cowboys and Salud!!!

Maybe sophisticated is the wrong word..maybe "appreciative" would have been better. I don't know man, smoke is smoke to me I guess lolNothing about me is sophisticated, lol.
