1. Trade serious capital for Crosby or Sweat, sign Wagner and pickup an OT after roster cuts
2. Trade serious capital for Brooks, sign Miller and pickup an OT after roster cuts
3. Sign Miller and Wagner and trade serious capital for a proven Starting right tackle

I believe I would choose option 3.

What is serious capital? First rounder? First and 3rd? I need more details.

Rams are an actual SB contender. Dallas isn't. (Not until Dallas can prove they can at least make it to a Championship Game)

The Rams weren't a contender until they made those moves.

Dak is an old 33 now.

After him, it'll be 5 years before they have the QB in place, and all these dudes will be gone.

If they really believe then can do it with Dak, they'd better hurry.

I believe I would choose option 3.

Tough thinking here. I barely survived the 80's so please keep that in mind.

I'm going with #1. Steele and Guyton were not that good last year but we still had one of the best offenses in the league thanks to Dak, Williams, Pickens and CD. We can run it back with that offense. I think we can live with those two tackles so trading a serious pick to get a tackle isn't something I would do. But no doubt draft one next year.

If you're referring to the 2021 Rams they took a HUGE gamble with the moves they made that year. They got super lucky that Stafford played like an all-pro and Von Miller going off like he was the next coming of Jesus. That type of gamble doesn't always work out. It's very rare

It's like a team drafting the next Tom Brady. It can happen, but it's not super common.

I would trade the 1st and conditional 3rd for Crosby. If they are going to do it, they should do it now.

No one is trying to draft the next Tom Brady. With his combine results zero % chance of getting draft in today's NFL.

That was an example of the odds of drafting a QB like Tom Brady. A team could hope to draft a QB like Brady, but the odds aren't very good.

Agreed. I think the Oline is a bigger risk than either pass rusher or LB right now.

That is a bold statement considering what the offense accomplished last year with a new HC and OC.

The exact opposite. We aren't one player away.

Considering the draft class next year, we need more picks not fewer.

Guys acting like we can add here or there will push this team to a championship this year and that just isn't true.

You're going in a different direction. I'm not debating weather some teams wants to draft the next Brady or not. It's an example that the odds are slim to have that happen
IE trading away high-end draft picks/players for other players is always a gamble. More so when the team isn't a for-sure 100% SB contender.

If Dallas can't get it done with Dak, that means they're probably 5 years away, so these guys will be gone by then anyway.

Might as well try to build a top 5 defense right now. It'll take that with for this offense in the playoffs.

how is he above average if he can't be there in passing downs? which could be 2nd and 3rd downs. that makes him average in run defense only.

We've been doing it lately.

We don't have Stafford, but they're fully invested in Dak. Gotta go now. Dak is 33 going on 40.
