Von Miller is expected to sign with the Dallas Cowboys

I think it definitely means that ship has sailed. Probably the only time it will come back up is at the trade deadline if Vegas is bad and some team is desperate for a pass rusher. Could see one of the truly all-in teams going for him.

I didn't really see this coming (if it does, in fact). Might be good to see the financial implications & and a medical report before getting too excited.

Nevertheless, it seems like this past offseason/preseason has been what "ALL-IN" should have meant a year or two ago. Props for the effort.

Real good addition. As a situational pass rusher he is still very effective. Having him helps our two young edge rushers develop and takes pressure off of them to play a major role
Right. He's a third-down rusher, rotating in when we move Gary inside. Probably opposite of Houston. Lawrence has to prove he deserves snaps over either.

The Eagles carried five edges last year, as did the cowboys, although there were a few weeks where each had six but I think that was usually due someone being inactive due to injury

Left OLB: Gary, Houston
Right OLB: Eze, Miller
Rotational: Lawrence

Cut: Williams, Land, Liufau, Wheat

If they keep six, then it’s probably Williams that makes it.
If we go six, I'd keep Land or Wheat over Williams ... based on Saturday and the scrimmage against the Rams. Of course, that can change with the next preseason game.

I do think Sam Williams is gone. Land and Wheat will get release (maybe PS). I think Liufau makes the squad as ILB/OLB depth
