It will be interesting to compare these to this Saturdays game and see who gets more and maybe more importantly who gets less.

Here are the snap counts from Saturday night’s game

One of the unique things about yesterday’s game against the Seahawks is that both teams rested most of their presumptive starters. The Cowboys gave three of their presumptive starters (Shavon Revel, P.J. Locke, Caleb Downs) and two core backups (T.J. Bass and Luke Schoonmaker) only a little more than a handful of snaps before their day ended early. And that gives us ample room to review the snap counts from Sunday’s game to get a better feel for what is happening to the depth across the roster.

One of the quirks of only starting backups is that somebody still has to start, which effectively already establishes two tiers among the backups: Starters and subs, or second-team and third-team players.

Snap, count,
Time of possession,
Very underrated statistic in my opinion
Good post

I had to get that in there, yes, snap count for individual players, I’m looking for the next preseason game, to see the consistency of the players that did very well against Seattle
Brown, woods, etc., even Mingo

I thought the interior offensive linemen looked solid, even into the third string.

But the tackles are still a major concern for me.

Steele has reportedly been shaky as a starter, and Shelton sure didn’t impress at right tackle.

Nate Thomas continues to show his limitations on the left side as well.

Anyone know of any veteran swing tackles out there?

I did not watch the game but they look about right, there is 1 Given KO, and 1 Given KR, Dallas had 1 FG, 2 PAT, I assume there were a few PR or Punts
Total of only 11 players listed with different snap counts. If only 11 played they would all be the same number.
