When looking at Revel and Bland, are any of them number one corners?

Or are they just #2 cbs, I feel in time Revel has the best intangibles to possibly be one. Bland will forever be a great nickel CB. Hoping he puts it all together this year as well. What good is trying to rush the passer, but Wrs are running around wide open!??? Please give your input!

I don't think we have any proof that this team has a reliable #2, let alone a #1.

Maybe Revel takes a big leap. Maybe Bland has improved. Maybe the scheme is better for Durant in Dallas than it was in LA.

There's a chance it's a good unit, but it involves a lot of things to go really right.

As we all know, consistent pressure on opposing Qbs gonna make these guys alot better........maybe we get it

There are only a few teams where either would start.

Bland might start for a team that is truly desperate, like the commanders or Bengals. Revel might start for a team in a full rebuild and looking to take a chance on a young corner who has potential upside.

So, no. Neither are CB1 level. Give Revel a year to show he can improve significant with a healthy body and If Bland can return to even a semblance of his former self.

Bland last played like a number one corner in 2023. Three foot procedures ago. Can he return to that level?

Revel has number one CB traits and would have been a top twenty pick in the 2025 draft if he didn't have an ACL tear in college. He wasn't good when he returned without an offseason or training camp. So we will see if he can reach his potential.

Now being healthy makes a big difference. He said he can tell he's playing better and the team says they can tell too. Last year doesn't mean anything.

Depends on how you define cb1.

Bland has the most experience.
Revel probably the most upside.

None are shutdown CB's. But those are rare anyway. But I'd have to pencil Bland as CB1 for now until someone steps up to take it.

Cornerbacks, Edge Rushers, & Offensive Tackles going to keep this team from getting anywhere close to the Super Bowl.

Wow very good point!!

Truth!!

What else was he supposed to say

Bland gives effort but he is mediocre. Revel is an outright bust.
Agree with this, we're going to see a lot of flags on them because they get beat so easily, then they have nothing else but to do than to grab and hold! They don't locate the ball well, this issue has been going on for years though with this team
