He’s the slowest WR.
Would have had a TD if he hadn’t been dragged down by that S, who runs a 4.5 on a good day.
He’s Jesse Holley.
Oh well.. Still gonna make the team.

Which in today’s football is as important as waterboy. Or girlExcept, you know, doing virtually everything a fullback is supposed to do.
Running backs are a dime a dozen. Fullbacks are not.Which in today’s football is as important as waterboy. Or girl
in 2025 Luepke averaged 15 snaps per game on offense which is more than I would have guessed.Running backs are a dime a dozen. Fullbacks are not.
Juszczyk, Ingold, Ricard, and yes, Luepke, make contributions that most fans don't even understand.
Doesn't matter because the coaches absolutely love and value Luepke.
Believe me I understand that in pre-2000 football the fullback was necessary. In today’s football, not a chance. Look at the teams of the guys you named? How many championships did they help those teams win?Running backs are a dime a dozen. Fullbacks are not.

There's only one football.in 2025 Luepke averaged 15 snaps per game on offense which is more than I would have guessed.
- He averaged less than 2 touches per game.
- Total Receptions = 13
- Total Rushing Attemps = 16
For Blue, his whole off-season training should have been lower body, buttocks back work.Nice post. Agree with every bit except Blue. I think he makes the 53. He won’t be here if he doesn’t and I don’t think they want to pull the plug just yet.
What I can’t see is cutting a guy like him or Trigg for Lupke, and then never play Lupke. I can see that happening.
There’s usually plenty of phantom injuries and/or side deals that we aren’t privy to. If they end up losing a player or two, maybe that’s a good thing.
Very fair assessment.Mind you I only watched the first half:
Up:
Barham- he’s the MLB we need. Move Agent Zero back to WLB where he belongs and let’s roll.
Milton - Love his development. Enjoy the practice squad Howell.
Mingo- He is making the team. Whenever he gets good QB play he shows out. And he’s a beast on ST. Do we keep 6 or try to sneak Brown onto the PS or fake an injury to stash him?
Thomas- from my untrained eyes he looked much better on the right side. I wouldn’t be upset if he took Steele’s job. At least there is potential upside.
Davis - the clear RB 2. I think we go light and just keep him and Williams (and Hunter). Try to get Blue/Mafah/Izzy onto the PS.
Revel - future star
Down:
A few rookies need a redshirt year. Shelton and Moore and Smith.
Blue - see above. Just don’t see him making the 53.
Again, I only watched the first half.
