You hate to say that a broken arm might have been the best thing for him, but fitting him on this roster would have been tough.

Hate to see guys get hurt. Isn't a starter but good depth and ST guy.

This could leave an opening for someone like Isaiah Land, Sam Wiliams, or Justin Barron.

Depends on actual recovery time. They have 2 days to find out.
IR or they could cut a vet player not subject to waivers. Handshake agreement to bring him back.

Liafau makes the 53. They move him to short term IR. Bring back the vet player.

Seig, Turpin, are candidates for this to happen with.

But I did not have him on my 53 anyway. I thought they could have got a late round draft pick for him. But not now obviously.

He does seem to improve a little every year but if he reached his ceiling then maybe not. At the moment he looks easily replaceable. There are many of his types in the league. The just good enoughs.

Yes 8 but we have been lucky with the injury bug this year so can always cut him later if we want but stash him for now.
